Hardee's

When I have the time I stop during the week for breakfast and have the pleasure of being served by Kim at the drive-thru. I have never had a bad experience and her customer care is awesome. The service is Timely and my orders are always correct. Kudos to Kim for making my customer experience five star.

Kim is absolutely AMAZING! Friendly and kind! She got my order correct and the food came out HOT and FRESH! She greeted us very cheerfully and told us Happy Valentine’s Day and told my son Happy Birthday ❤️❤️! Be sure to visit they currently have heart-shaped made from scratch biscuits!

Hardee's will ALWAYS be my spot for FRESH breakfast/lunch. From the time I pull up to place my order to having my order placed in my hand, great experience! Kim is awesome 👌ALWAYS welcoming and top notch customer service 👌Which is very refreshing. Since in this day in time, where good customer service seems to be a lot art!! I look forward to hearing her voice in the morning and receiving my delicious 😋 order. Fresh Fresh Fresh as every order is cooked to order, and trust me! Kim in the drive-thru is awesome. Always has the best attitude and customer service. My boys enjoy going to this Hardees location for breakfast before school. Consistent service is what brings us back (and Kim too).

I just love N. Salisbury Hardee’s! I have NEVER had a bad experience, the food is ALWAYS fresh and Ms. Kim always has the best customer service. Even at 6am she had a smile on her face and looks like she enjoys her job and it is a pleasure to serve you. She really brings value and class to this establishment. I have been asked to leave a review at fast food restaurants, this is the FIRST time I actually wanted to leave on!
