Hardee's

I haven't been to Hardee's since maybe High School. I remember loving the Frisco sandwich and thought I would grab one today. It was as nice as I remembered. Relative to fast food restaurants at this price point, the service was friendly and efficient. The place was clean. The health department gave them a 100 on their inspection score. That's impressive.

Visited 12/31 around 1-2pm drive thru. I ordered the cheese burger meal. The cashier was very professional and pleasant. The customer service was great. The food was bad. The cheeseburger was warm but the burger meat was old and dark like it had been sitting and reheated. The bun was stale and hard. The fries were not fresh and seemed to be reheated. There was not any customers there at the time. there was no reason my food should not have been fresh. It’s unacceptable. I won’t return. The cashier asked me to do a google survey so here it is. The coke was the only thing that was good outside of the friendliness of the female worker at the drive thru.

I went through the Hardees on Rosewell in Sandy Springs about 7 or eight days ago. when I finish giving my order I proceeded to the window, but as I was approaching the back door I notice and elderly employee throwing the trash out of the back door while smocking a cigarette. I was so shocked and did a double take ...and yes she saw me looking at her and she continued to do so like this was none of my Business. When I got to the window I informed the employee that was handing out my order, and she said that she had been warned before and that corporate knew about the issue. (WOW). This is unlawful, Nasty as well as unhealthy. I was also informed that she was a shift lead / assistant manager. I will be reporting this issue to the board of health to let them have their input. and Yes .....I

Amazing place, first time ever trying Hardee’s and wasn’t disappointed, for sure I can repeat tasting more food of this menu in another location of this franchise. Good customer service and clean baths.

We went through drive-thru. The associate was so friendly! The chicken biscuits, hash rounds and maple biscuits were fresh, perfectly cooked and yummy. I gave 4 stars because our Sprite drinks tasted like it missing syrup, like carbonated water. Fresh food and friendly service for a busy fast food restaurant.
