Hardee's

Drive thru is so slow and it’s almost on purpose. They do one person at a time, It’s like they want you to pull off. Took me 40 minutes just to get a biscuit and hashbrowns with one car in front of me! Hash browns are always hard and overcooked. Biscuits are hit or miss. Turning into the fountain inn location real quick and we all know how that turned out! Will be going to Mauldin store from now on.

I'm giving 1 start to service simply because of one person. Was rude to multiple customers and threw ketchup packets in my hand.not to mention took forever to take my order, wasn't listened to and ended up having to get drinks remade as well. Spoke with the manager Joey and he was AMAZING. He made sure we were taken care of properly and made sure he made it right with us as well.

The lady that works the drive thru this morning needs customer service etiquette. We pulled up to place an order and after waiting my husband said “hello”. The lady comes on “what’s your order”. After we didn’t immediately respond she says “ go ahead with your order”. We drove off. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience here. It’s so unfortunate because I enjoy the breakfast. I expect behavior like this from a young person still learning but new to life she is not. She just rude as if we are the inconvenience for her. She also appears to be in management and oil runs down hill.

Our cashier was Shimera. She was so nice and kind! The food was fresh, affordable, and the fries were crisp. We tried the new burger and a wrap. Very good, all around!

Sat in drive thru 10 minutes and finally ordered online to pickup in drive thru at 10:09am. When I finally got to the window 10 minutes later they asked me to pull up as it was not ready yet. After another 10 minutes, I got half my order and had to ask for my drink and hashbrowns. My order was finally complete at 10:42am. I'm done with Hardee's. They are all like this. The order is never correct the first time and it's slower than a sit down restaurant. I'm surprised the chain hasn't filled bankruptcy yet.
