Hardee's

The 2 for Five Sausage eggs were great but this place is freaking disgusting. Even worse in the restroom. If I had noticed before I ordered I would have left without food. The entire restaurant is dirty, dirty. Too dirty to be this early in the morning plus the smell in the bathroom at the urinal almost made me vomit. Ruined the entire meal, honestly.

Apparently they don’t clean their griddles. This is what my ham looked like on my ham biscuit and it was also very thin and looked crispy. Barbara the manager at the time offered to replace it at ANYTIME (I was on the way to an appointment so I could not drive back the same day) , no expiration date given as I am rarely in this area. She took my name and put it in their book and said that all I had to do was come back and I could get the order replaced. The manager on duty refused to honor it today.

First time eating at Hardee’s, while I was visiting family in Smyrna, Tennessee. Did not know what to expect, and we were pleasantly surprised with their variety. We had chicken strips, fries, and coleslaw, and I had a burger in regular bread loaf buns. All was really good and tasty. At the end, we bought an extra coleslaw slide to go, and we also had an apple (pie) turnover, which was really good. The service was even better, two young men very attentive always served with good attitude and smiles. Recommend and will be back when in an area where available

Hardee’s really said “breakfast at noon? Say less” Pulled into the Hardee’s drive-thru at 12:00 p.m. on the dot, fully expecting them to shame me for wanting breakfast when the rest of the world has moved on. But nope — they handed me that biscuit like, “We got you, bestie.” The lady on the speaker sounded like she’d already lived three lives before noon, but she still took my order like a pro. No attitude. No “we stopped serving that.” Just pure, beautiful Hardee’s hospitality. The biscuit? Fluffy enough to emotionally support me. The hash rounds? Crispy little blessings. And everything was fresh, like they knew this was my one happy moment today. I was very sad when I was told that my favorite cinnamon and raisin biscuits were replaced with a strawberry lemon biscuit! NOT THE SAME!! The strawberry biscuits were like eating hockey pucks!! Please bring back the beloved cinnamon and raisin!
