Hardee's

The menu board says the 12 piece family deal comes with 3 large fries. The cashier (Elisha) argued with me and said that the computer says it’s 2 when I questioned it. Then it’s supposed to come with a half gallon of tea. Apparently they were out of the large side containers because my sides were all in individual size containers. My large slaw was a small one. And they were out of half gallon tea containers so I got 3 cups of tea to make up for it. Do better Hardee’s!!

Hardee’s on North Guignard Dr. Sumter sc We almost didn’t get all of our order, informed her she was missing a burger. We were going to eat in but decided against it due to someone playing loud obscenity music and singing loudly to it. We left and went somewhere else to eat our food. Our burgers were dripping with excessive amounts of mayo and ketchup. So much that it was dripping off of them. Glad I grabbed extra napkins. Also the staff on the front were chewing gum like cows and smacking it while taking orders and hand orders out. This place used to be a nice place to go. They have really gone down hill. This will be our last visit.

Yea…No. Extremely disappointed. Went there because I received coupons in the mail and wanted to try something new. Ordering was difficult in the drive thru because of the outdated speaker, so I kept having to repeat my order. Resultantly, they charged me for an additional chilli dog when I only wanted 1. The deal they advertised on the flyer for pick 2 for $5.99 was really $6.99. Then when I received my food the fries were cold. The bread on my sandwich and cheeseburger was old, stale, and hard. The cheese on my double cheeseburger wasn’t melted and was cold to the touch. The quality of the food was very poor and the bites i did taste were dry. It reminded me of nasty cafeteria food in school you had to eat and tolerate or be hungry. Customer service was ok. Overall, I don’t see that busin

I ordered a omelet biscuit, but the inside of the omelet barely had anything in it, and the entire biscuit was hard. The lady at the register acted like she didn't know how paying with separate cards worked, and was just so confused. They were very fast with making the food so fast that we were still waiting to pay because the lady couldn't figure it out. When I walked in the floor was so sticky all the way from the door to the register.

Went through the drive through to order chicken sandwiches and was told they were out of breaded chicken. I ordered a bbq pulled pork combo and realized when I got home that I was given a double cheeseburger. I was the only customer they had for the restaurant both at the window and dining area. Please care a little more, Hardees.
