I've been going to this location for 15+ years during the off season, more for nostalgia. Good food that my 80+ year old parents and aunt/uncle like. Great service and food for most of those years, but about 4 months ago, the two ladies that usually run the opening times have not been there. Since then, orders have been wrong, waits have been longer. Expected with this decline in workers, so I expect a little of this. But on our trip this weekend, yesterday I placed an online order, arrived 15 min AFTER it was supposed to be ready, was literally the 3rd person in line. I watched their timer for drive through reset 4 times, totaling over 22 minutes I was waiting inside. And I only had 3 biscuits I was picking up. I'm glad I stood in line instead of walking to the mobile pick up area becaus

Grilled cheese bacon burger, pretty good. Fries could have been hotter. Overall I'm pleased!

As our only lical Hardese and option we have continued over and over to give this location chances to do it right. Theu continuly fail us. Today I ordered Broice with fried egg and sausage, no cheese. I waited over 15 mins in store for our 1 sandwhich after ordering 5mins ahead on the app. Once I got the sandwhich it had folded egg and not our preferred fried egg, which is the egg that goes on the sandwhich. Which the breakfast hrs providing the majority of revenue for the Hardese brand. Why can they not first, hore and have enough employees during this time. And then why can the employees that are there pay attention to details? We have no choice but to now patronize their competitors. Fix This and become our 1st choice again.

Food was decent the front counter staff had a good attitude and waited on me quickly. I ordered a Double Bacon Cheeseburger Combo everything was good with my order except for I only got one hamburger patty on my sandwich. I also ordered a Double Grilled Cheese Bacon Burger Combo That came out perfect .

They can be in there at 5:00 when I gets there around 5:15 in the morning they sometimes have the lights off on Saturday I went with my wife and kids and we ordered three chicken biscuits and everyone was brunt and over cooked and dry out and I call back and they told me that they would make it right but they said that to me before about an order they messed up and emailed the corporate office and got no response about what they were supposed to do about it. They seem like they don’t care about the customer complaints but want their money for food that’s not worth it
