Hardee's

Totally despicable, condensation dripping to from ceiling unto table right next to where we were sitting. Broken table on other side of us. Food that my son and I ordered was advertised as being pulled pork but they were more like charbroiled to the brink of being burnt, burger patties. Unacceptable conditions.

This store is a well-oiled machine. The people work as a team and the communication is crisp! They greet you upon entering and they update you until you get your order. Victoria - the manager on duty had a winning smile and was driving the business forward! She is a jewel. Thank you to this team’s impeccable service.

Waited in line for 10 minutes in the drive through for them to tell me that they close at 10:30 and will be closed for the day. Mind you I sat at the window for 2 minutes waiting for somebody to respond, and nobody responded until after 10:30. There's no signage on the door anywhere, so everybody in the line had to just leave because they weren't serving.

Walked and stood a few minutes. No one inside even acknowledged that I walked in, much less take my order. Acknowledge your customers. One person inside ahead of me and the drive thru wasnt even that busy. Thanks guys.

I ordered the 1/3 Frisco Burger and Onion Rings. The customer service was great but the food quality was not good at all. The onion rings were way over cooked and I didn't even eat. The Frisco was ok, but definitely needed to be toasted a little longer.
