Hardee's

Very pleasant experience. Our cashier was Jade and she offered exceptional service. She was very in tuned to our needs and made sure we received the best value for our meal. Not thr level of service one would typically get from fast food. Thank you Jade!

We came from Morgantown specifically to try the new strawberry lemon biscuit. This Hardee’s location is the only one for about 50 miles with the biscuits in stock. We called ahead and the person who answered was friendly and helpful. After we arrived and ordered, it took only a few moments for the food to be freshly cooked and prepared. Everything came out wonderfully. The biscuits were buttery and soft. Our meal was delicious and the service was outstanding. We’ll definitely return- it’s well worth the drive!

I tried there small 5.99 bag with 2 spicy chicken wraps, I ate. 1 & woke up in the middle of the night vomiting 🤢. Believe it made me sick. Becareful with ordering this item. On the good note, the service was excellent

Heather, the general manager, took care of me this morning! Walked into a clean and (thankfully warm) place after riding my motorcycle to work this morning, her and her staff were cordial and happy to help take my order. Due to me not paying any attention I didn’t realize that I didn’t order the biscuit and gravy combo, but Heather insisted and made sure I was taken care of and had what I wanted. Her professional behavior and exemplary services with a kind and beautiful smile just did well to brighten my morning and set the tone for the day. Will certainly be back & am glad Hardee’s has great people working for them!!!

The restaurant is clean but very sterile looking. The cashier was pleasant and friendly. I ordered a chicken soft taco, beef taco, and grilled chicken burrito. It took 10 minutes which is forever for a fast food place. I guess all Red Burrito orders are made to order. You'll get much faster service if you just order regular Hardee's food. The food tasted basic and virtually the same as Taco Bell. Unlike Taco Bell, Hardees/Red Burrito aren't selfish with the meats on the taco. I also ordered chicken tenders which were quite tasty with the honeyQ sauce.
