Hardee's

This has to be the WORST Hardee's, the workers have absolutely no courtesy or sense of urgency. Watched an elderly woman wait about 6 minutes before even being acknowledged. Can't see how this restaurant and staff is still operational.

I walked in at 8:40pm. I ordered 2 tacos and a drink. Manager said hamburger machine and taco machine were shut down, because they were closing soon. (1hr 20min early?? See sign with hours) So, disappointed, I ordered a chilidog and a drink. My friend ordered a hot ham and cheese, fries and a drink. They gave us cups and we found there was no ice. So, we were given ice from behind the counter. Then there was no rootbeer for my friend out front and they told him they had no more. So he opted for diet coke. Our orders arrived. My friend's order was correct, but his fries were rock hard. I received a hot dog loaded with mustard and onions. Not a chilidog. (See picture) I also received rock hard fries, which I didn't order. Went for breakfast and got the steak biscuit and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Hot and fresh & delicious! Employees were kind and professional

The staff was friendly and the food was fresh. The drive thru line moved quick.

No charge to my condiments and they even gave me extra Buffalo Sauce. A complimentary apple pie for my wait too. The cashier started cleaning the lobby when it got slow and updated me on my order status. Friendly and clean and better than other Hardee's I been to. Will visit again. Second visit today and service was better and delivery was much faster. Clean lobby again. Keep up the good work!
