OK, this place is insane! I took my wife on the Royal Gorge train that day and our hotel staff recommended we dine here. Easily the best prime rib I've ever had, chef take on cheesecake was pretty cool the cocktails were super creative and amazing. The staff totally engaged. The chef was out and about talking to customers no negatives here. Congratulations good luck getting a table in a month or two.

Cute place small menu but a wide variety of options. For an appetizer I had the pork pops with a soy glaze it was delicious. Then the duck gumbo odd combo of hot and cold But was very good (warning it’s spicy)

what a divine spot! this place is incredible! from the second you walk in! you are overwhelmed with yummy smells! a clean comfortable vibe! and mountain charm! the appetizer the eggplant served with a pumpkin dipping sauce and and herb sauce! i couldn't believe how crunchy and soft the dish was.superb then i had the birria lamb ramen!!! um you've got something here!! the whole experience was delightful! thanks mia! i can't wait to see what you offer next time i roll through!!

Every time we come here… the Chef, Charlie ups the culinary experience. Molly makes the most amazing cocktails. Couch an amazing place to enjoy in Cañon City. Thank you for the wonderful experiences! ♥️ Harding on Main!

A gem to find in this small. Molly and Macy, the mixologist were great, in fact all the staff seemed really nice, helpful & worked great as a team, great management. Of course dinner was delicious, flavorful, plus presentation on all food, compliments to the chef, all looked delicious, as I sat at the bar, watching it all go out from the kitchen that was working really well and hard. A must visit even if driving through for the night. I don’t need to wish the new resturant all the best, as there do great!
