Harolds Chicken KSU

The chicken was good! Fries were under seasoned and mid. I also tried the waffle which wasn’t that great if you have a mature palate. Service was lack luster. One college student to serve the dine in and take out… all while on her phone. Bathroom was also lacking essentials.

Went here with our family because we were visiting Kennesaw University and Harold’s is a Chicago classic. We had the chicken dinner and my daughter had the catfish dinner. Chicken was seasoned well and my daughter devoured her catfish. We drowned our food in mild sauce cause… we’re Chicago natives! It was super good and the owner was really friendly. Definitely recommend.

They also have great dine in meal deals that include an entree and a drink for anyone on a budget. This location is an AUTHENTIC Harold’s!!!! I especially enjoyed their All Beef Chicago Dog, catfish and their chicken sandwich meal, it’s a must try!!! Another must try is the Bahama Marley 👀, ask for Elle to make it!!!!!! I did not know this spot existed until I went to get myself a Strawberry Frappé for the first time from Baladi, which is right next door to Harold's. Tammy (the manager) and Rocco (the owner) greeted me and made me feel so comfortable in their establishment. I came at noon, so the place was empty. But as I was there, customers were in and out. I sat at the bar & ordered the 1/4 fried chicken dinner with fries & cole slaw & white bread. Everything was seasoned well. I'm definitely returning to experience something else. Tammy was telling me about their Friday nights where they have all-you-can-drink for just $20 and other great deals. I'm definitely going to tell my girls about it so we can have a great time. Went to harolds for the first time and had an amazing job. Tammy was our waitress and she went above and beyond to make sure we was taken care of. She was also our bartender and the strawberry Hennessy margarita I had was amazing. Everything from the food to the staff to the drinks was Phenomenal. I defn will be returning.
