Friendly staff, had me in and out in about an hour for my first appointment. Toys available for kids to play with, spacious lobby. Definitely recommend :)

I wanted to take the time to Praise the staff that helped me today. Everyone was an awesome help and answered all my questions. Thank y'all for all the information, help, support and time! It meant a lot to me Iris remembered my face from the last time I was there as a young teen mom. They did mention the benefits did change, to me it looks to like they added a lot more to choose from for selections! Thank y’all WIC Pasadena location!!!

Customer service was great but over a 3-4 hour wait was ridiculous moved tremendously slow, staff was amazing and very friendly.

Horrible service from start to finish. The lady in the front desk with glasses was rude and had an attitude the entire time. I got there 20 minutes before my appointment and still waited over 30 minutes after my appointment time which is almost an hour of waiting! I DID NOT feel comfortable and will not be returning to this place. Note to employees here: IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB FIND ANOTHER ONE instead of making others feel discriminated against. I would rate this place a -3 stars if I could!

This office is horrible. I’ve came in and employees are taking personal phone calls, laughing, while there’s a line and telling us the system is having issues that we have to wait. The wait is extremely long also. Came in for an appointment only to have them give me the wrong formula and when running low I ran to the store and couldn’t get it because it was the wrong formula. They asked me like 10 times too what kind of milk she was using and somehow they STILL put the wrong one. I come in during my lunch break and everyone is on lunch and they are short staffed so it would be a long wait and they never answer phones for me to make an appointment. So again, I’m having to pay for more cans. Being under this program means I am not able to afford much. So this is a big inconvenience for me. I
