Harvey Wallbangers

We had the BEST time celebrating a 1 year olds birthday with family (party of 10 adults and 1 child). Service was incredible—McKenna was quick on requests and went above and beyond with recommendations and a little slice of cake and a candle for the birthday girl. McKenna recommended several drinks and entrees—all were 10/10. The bacon pasta, the fish entrees, the apps….i can’t say enough good things about our experience. All the food was fresh, hot, and so delicious. Cocktails and mocktails were so good. The pierogis were a favorite for everyone. We did make reservations a week in advance.

Food and drinks were great. Server was nice. Took too long to get our order but the rest more than made up for that.

Great food, friendly service! We started with the home fries with candied pork, then I had the bacon pasta & my friend had the braised beef. Everything was delicious.

Had dinner with friends. Good service, good food, good cocktails. I had the trout with almonds. It came with a steamed cabbage and Yukon mashed potatoes. The cabbage was very different, but good. The trout and the potatoes were excellent! My husband had the chicken and others had the salmon and the pulled pork sandwich, all stated their food was excellent also. We will return!

We had an amazing dinner! My wife and I went to Harvey Wallbangers on a Thursday night and had a banger of an experience. The food was absolutely fantastic, both dishes were full of flavor and made with care. I had the steak and my wife had the eggplant ravioli. Even though the restaurant seemed a bit shorthanded that evening because of the weather, the service never slipped. The server went out of her way to make us feel welcomed, looked after, and unhurried. We left impressed, satisfied, and already talking about our next visit. Highly recommend Harvey Wallbangers for a great night out in Rockford! 5 stars!
