Harvey's

I had a great experience at Harvey's! The restaurant is sleek, clean, and has ample seating. I ordered the catfish platter and the fried shrimp. Everything tasted fresh, well seasoned and had so much flavor. The mac and cheese is something special! Typically restaurants will use a plain American cheese, but this Mac uses a couple different cheeses including white cheddar. It's unlike anything else locally, so it's a MUST try. The service was great as well. Sam was my server and he was very helpful. He answered all my questions and made this a pleasant visit. I can't wait to come back to try some more menu items. Eat up!!!

Harvey's never disappoints. So happy this is nearby in Mission Valley a change from all the chain restaurants. The cook Samuel is passionate about the menu items. One word... FLAVOR.. All the menu items have layers of flavors. Plus with the American, Soul Food and Creole menu items there is something for everybody. I love how they're open early at 7am and on Friday through Sunday nights opened until midnight. A light night burger and beer or cocktail is always a good thing. 5 out 5 stars.

Came here for dinner on NYE and was very impressed!! The espresso martini was amazing- highly recommend. They really take their time and it was delicious. The burger and fries is a great deal and the fries were very good. Salad was nice as well. Great spot!! My only growth is I hope they do a happy hour soon 🤞🏽 would definitely enjoy a cocktail and fries on a happy hour night often!

Very nice!! Love the ambiance, the service, and the food. They have the best mac n cheese I have ever had at a restaurant. The catfish was seasoned perfectly, but let your server know how light or hard you like yours fried. My friend has never liked red beans and rice, but she loved theirs. She ordered it with the intention of taking it home to her husband, but once she tasted it, needless to say, he never received it. Lol The crawfish and shrimp fried rice was very tasty. The egg mixed it was really good. Someone at the next table ordered a breakfast burrito, and he said it was really good. Very generous portions.

Harvey’s is an ideal place to enjoy a morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening, but what truly attracts the ladies are the inventive craft cocktails! The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable! I frequent this spot and recommend it to everyone I meet. I recently hosted a birthday gathering for my friend, and all the guests were impressed and eager to return soon! Great space for events and small parties! Here’s to this exciting new adventure! :)
