Like here, very quiet and clean. Kids enjoy their project work, parents can have a cozy reading time here.

There are better libraries in the area on account of the abundance of people hanging out that are clearly not there to check out books. The first and only time I took my son inside he asked me "why does it smell like pee in here?" I genuinely feel bad for the librarians who are quite nice and always helpful.
