HAVABITE EATERY

Was craving gyro and found out havabite moved closer to me and what it seems - teamed up with Mazadar. I ordered a gyro with french fries to go. When I walked in I was greeted by a nice lady in a beautifully decorated restaurant. My order was ready to go on time as ordered. I had a little bit of a drive home so was wondering how the fries were going to hold up. First off the gyro was packed with delicious meat and fresh veggies and a tasty sauce with feta cheese. The bread- perfectly soft and yet had the ability to hold together a gyro packed like it was made for someone they love. I’ve had a few of these from other places in the area and this is by far the best one I’ve had in northern Virginia. So the fries.. crispy on the outside, super soft inside, no extra coating on them, they didn’t

Came here with friends for lunch on a weekday and we sat outside… they have a nice side alley area with umbrellas and tables to enjoy on nice days. They also offer full service out there. The menu is the typical Mediterranean menu… Gyros, salads, other items. Service was very friendly. The food was really good. Plating needed a little help though. The Greek salad had random white onions on top which really didn’t belong there. Otherwise, the grilled chicken on top was very flavorful and amazing! Overall, it was a nice visit… Definitely would recommend.

We loved this place. Very gentle service. The ambience is awesome, they played an old vinyl with jazz music! Food was incredibly good, Mediterranean flavors with the marinated pork chops and the Greek moussaka, so delicious!! They even offered us some birthday cake for free. Absolutely gorgeous meal in the old town of Fairfax

A cozy, family owned place with good eats at good prices! I tried “Moussaka” for the first time, and I’ll have to come back for more! Everything on the menu looked good, and it was hard to choose just one. As a Richmonder, I have been hankering for a good Mediterranean place around here to fill the Joe’s Inn shaped hole in my stomach, and this is it!

HAVABITE EATERY is such a cute little spot! 💕 The food tastes homemade — fresh, comforting, and full of flavor. The staff is super friendly, and the vibe is relaxed and welcoming. It’s the kind of place that makes you wanna linger over coffee and dessert. 🍝☕️ Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it gets busy at lunch — but honestly, that’s just a sign everyone loves it! ✨
