I never write reviews, only when there’s a higher force involved. And in this case, that force is ridiculously GOOD FOOD I just couldn’t keep it to myself. Everything tastes fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. The churrasco I had tonight was amazing; the yuca fries, rice, beans, and guac were all perfect. Portions are super generous and you can really tell the quality. Seriously, if the delivery is this good, I can’t imagine how great it must be in person. Congrats to the team — you guys are killing it!

Honestly showed up for a happy hour treat as it was proudly displayed outside their restaurant. Upon sitting down at table, we were informed that their happy hour only consisted of 2 drinks and no food. We ordered an empanada and it was very salty. The carrot juice was good. Service was a little lacking. Do not advertise happy hour when it's just 2 simple drinks.

Neighborhood Spanish fare wrapped in a stylish Cuban package with some nice artwork, a Latino hip-hop track and a few Cuban specials on the menu. Most entrees seemed Dominican or Puerto Rican to me, although I am not a specialist. Had tasty grilled Salmon and Shrimp platter with a side of beans n'rice. Good avocado salad on the side. Seems a bit pricey for this type of cuisine with so much competition in the neighborhood.

I had been eating here for a while until they served me cold food. I was stunned, shocked beyond. I couldn't believe it really. Cold meat, cold and hard sweet plantians and tostones not very fresh. How out of all, do you serve cold, hard plantains! They don't care and that is dangerous in the food business. I offered to pay for the sip I took of my $2drink & the Server boy ran for the kiosk. Never have I seen him move so quickly. Instead of them saying don't worry about it, they took the money. My jaw dropped to the floor. That is what made me see this place differently, beyond the bad food. The lack of consideration to do the right thing equals bad people. The greed and unapologetic nature of this restaurant is not New York. I'd never return.

After a long day of walking in New York, we were looking for something nearby to eat and we discovered this corner with the smell of Cuba. What a pleasant surprise! There isn't much of our beautiful Cuba in New York! This restaurant really draws attention compared to the places in the area, all very small and we could say very shabby, this restaurant is very nice, very well cared and we liked the atmosphere. We only ordered a few beers and something to snack but everything was delicious. The service girls, very nice. Totally recommendable!
