Haven Coffee and Cocktails

We came here by accident, because another restaurant/coffee place had no seating. We ordered some cocktails that were really good. The food was great. We ordered a BLT and a pesto chicken on ciabatta bread. Everything was outstanding !

Everything you want in a coffee shop, starting with FANTASTIC coffee. At Haven, they take their roasting seriously! Add a wonderful atmosphere, a personable team, excellent service, and VOILA! For lagniappe, they support community causes, which always gets huge marks in my book. My husband is obsessed and can't get enough. It's our go-to place to meet up with friends, too. We should own stock!

We love going on Friday nights for the live music. The vibe is perfect and the pastries and drinks are even better.

My husband and I really enjoyed our times at Haven, and fell in love with the shrimp and grits. The first time we ordered shrimp and grits, everything was great and delicious. This morning however, thirty minutes went by without receiving our dish. After asking about the wait, we finally received the shrimp and grits. We were very disappointed when seeing the plate, because it looked slapped together, bread was hardly toasted if even, and even the tomato’s weren’t roasted like they should’ve been. When showing the picture comparisons to a barista, we were given excuses claiming that sometimes it just gets busy, and that the picture didn’t look that bad. The food still tasted delicious, just very disappointed with the service and lack of empathy. (The kitchen manager was more understanding

I have been trying matcha lattes from various places lately. Matcha lattes don't taste good anywhere. Havens' tastes like grass (got it with oat milk instead of dairy). It's okay.
