Hawkers Asian Street Food

I’m no professional photographer, but I’d say I’m quite experienced when it comes to picking new food places! As we walked in the door we immediately knew from the atmosphere and personalities of the staff that we made a great choice! My wife and I both got ramen (man the broth was top notch), pork belly boa buns, naan with curry sauce, and drinks. The amazing food was enhanced with not only the atmosphere but our phenomenal server Turel! He was super attentive and never overbearing! I could tell he genuinely enjoyed people as well! We will definitely be back!

Overall terrible experience. I won’t ever be back and wouldn’t recommend Hawkers to anyone. The only good thing about this restaurant is the location. I was asked to get up after I already sat down because the table was reserved. Funny someone say at the place that was cleaned of us and nothing was said. Was it because they were a straight couple and we were a gay couple? The woman was extremely rude. We ended up being told we could sit in a place that was dirty. I attached photos. Then we ended up wiping our own place. Then the food come. Which was just ok. They to my shock and horror, there was hair in my food. Which also attached a photograph of. BEWARE

Everything we ordered was delicious. A group and I really enjoyed trying the different menu items. The drink menu was amazing even more so for teas and coffees. Only reason for 4 star review is that the service was a bit slow. Honestly, it could have been worse given how crowded the place was, but it was still slow nonetheless. Other than that 9/10 would recommend.

We absolutely loved our experience here! We are from out of town (AL), travel to ATL a lot, but this was our first time here and we had a wonderful time. The drinks, food, and service was incredible! Our server was Turel, and he did a phenomenal job! 100/10 rating, and we’ll definitely be coming back the next time we are in town.

Winta was PHENOMENAL! She was attentive, friendly, warm, and genuinely made me feel celebrated. I came in for a solo birthday lunch, and she went above and beyond by surprising me with a birthday dessert, which absolutely made my day. That level of thoughtfulness is unmatched! I was craving something spicy and considering the Chow Faan, but since the original dish is mild, Winta suggested the gochujang soy blend instead. Let me just say… THANK YOU, Winta! It was insanely good 🔥—the perfect kick of spice and packed with protein. She even brought out sauce samples so I could try them, and of course I fell in love with the spiciest one. I also ordered the chicken egg rolls, and they were chef’s kiss delicious. Winta didn’t just serve a meal—she delivered an experience. I will absolutely be
