Haymaker Bun Company Burlington

Excellent breakfast buns and friendly service. Got the haymaker breakfast sandwich (egg, cheese, and savory bun of the day was a mushroom prosciutto bun) and an OG cinnamon bun. Such a great sweet & savory combo!

I had the shakshuka tart. I appreciated the uniqueness of this menu item. You order at the counter and they bring it to you. There are only a few tables. It is part of an old soda bottling plant and there are many other businesses in the warehouse.

I have made special trips for the amazing selection of sweet and savory buns at Haymaker. Particularly excited this family owned business is in the South End at the Soda Plant. I also love their first location in Middlebury. You don’t want to snooze on getting a fresh bun or have a breakfast sandwich made with their buns. I enjoy their coffee and many other items they offer. Service is friendly, prompt and food is well executed. Excellent place to meet a friend for breakfast or lunch before 2.

I finally got to try some of the famous hot buns! We came in for the OG and it’s best warmed up. The place is super chill with great vibes. There’s plenty of indoor dining space. I’d totally come back just for the buns!

I love this place. We had the Ruben-esque sandwich and oh my goodness! So delicious. I only ate half and brought half home. Heated in the oven today and just as delicious. I mean, everything they do is fabulous but this sandwich and the amazing service yesterday, I had to sing their praises!
