Hazel Boutique & The Hazelnut Café

I absolutely love Hazelnut Café! The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming, and the staff is always so friendly. Their strawberry matcha is to die for — it’s one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. The honey bun special is also amazing and such a treat. I would definitely recommend trying the Smooth Peach as well, it’s so refreshing and delicious. Everything I’ve tried there has been great, and it’s the perfect spot to grab a drink or meet up with friends. I always have a great experience when I go and highly recommend it!

The line was too slow, the food was not worth it, and don't even get me started on the service if I could give a zero star I would. The shop might look cute but everything inside is hell. I've seen a barista stir the lemonade with her hand, pretty sure they also groom dogs. Also overpriced by a lot.

DO NOT COME TO THIS place their expensive "antics" is too weak. A 600 pound table fell because a 6year old girl pushed it???And their not even nice to them either never asked if the girl was okay or anything??? and holing you hostig if you dont give any private info to them (Remember your husband's phone number!) stuff like that do not come to this place what so ever!!!

Used to be a fan but now I wouldn’t even think twice about going into this place. Coming here from a tiktok they posted of one of the girls making a coffee, no coincidence that they have started using the same type of canned-coffee thing that La Costa nearby opened up with. This place is just trying to stay relevant it’s sad! Go to La Costa instead, where they’re actually nice, cheaper, and care about their customers.

Who wants to come to a place that can't take accountability for being mean to customers and then bullying them instead of making sure they are okay. Also not having the correct furniture that actually is stable for people to eat/drink at 🤔 it's like they don't know what actual tables are and what a console is for. Y'all are going to definitely get so many more customers with being the Way you are, sad to see this is how we treat people nowadays.
