Very helpful, friendly, and professional staff. Most of the people are bilingual and some are multilingual. They will make you feel at home and help you with your taxes in a professional way. Very good for international people.
they not awnser or return phone call .....!
Not a good experience. I was going to bring my business to them but, I have seen first hand how long they take to return documents and tax information back to you. We have been waiting weeks for our documents to be sent to us. We have emailed them daily and called and they give an excuse delaying the process every time. Very upset.
It's an absolute nightmare to work with company that does not have it's clients best interests in mind. Charges been made with no proper invoice, not fulfilling their part once payment has been made.
Really disappointed with their services!!! They made me paid for something I never asked for! Bad experience.
