Healthy Xpress - Healthy Meal Delivery Miami

The food is tasty and not bland at all. I have been with them over a year. If you stick to their lunch and dinner you will loose weight. I lost 20 lbs in 3 Months and have been able to maintain. The portion are adequate. I’m not left hungry but not stuffed either. Customer service is the best. Always prompt in answering and very accommodating. I travel for my job and they always worked with me as Long as you give them time to adjust the orders.

We enjoyed receiving the lunches and dinners every day. The first day was very disappointing--Our lunch/dinner delivery did not arrive until 6:15pm and the portion was a joke. We received 3 canned peaches, literally 2 small raviolis, and a tiny portion of beef. I was promised a free lunch to make up for the poor service but we never received it. Delivery was very good the next days but overall the food was mediocre. I do not eat meat so the food was for my husband. He said it was overcooked most of the time not that flavorful. I tried the couscous and it was too dry. Our pancake was charred burnt. We did like the lemon pie and my husband said the turkey meatballs were very good. I enjoyed some of the sides--edamame and corn, yucca, and the beet salad were all decent. I definitely enjoy

My husband and I decided to try Healthy Xpress because of the convenience in having healthy portion-sized meals ready to eat right after working out at the gym in the afternoons. I order the Paleo dinners and my husband likes the Balanced meals. We have been using the service for about one month and our experience has been positive. The meals are fresh since they get delivered three times a week. The food variety is great and the customer service levels is awesome! I highly recommend Healthy Xpress if you are looking for convenience, controlling your meal portions and eating healthy without having to figure everything out.

Healthy Xpress is a business that saves you a lot of time and I will save money, they have the option to prepare and ship you different meals, from breakfast, lunch and dinner including snacks. You can choose for a variety of type of food to be ship, from the healthy option, diet option, veggie, vegan and people that want to gain weights. I used their service while I was in a project on Miami, they usually ship the meals on Sunday, but for me only being in Miami Monday to Thursday that was going to be hard, they were able to accommodate and ship my meals on Monday for 3 extra dollars, with was a big plus, because I call others places that have the same service, and they told me they could not do it. The menu variety every week, with a great thing because you will not be tired of eating
