My case was open with HOFLA for over 3 years in that time my case went through 4 different lawyers. This year I had the pleasure of getting Terri S. Rawasia as my lawyer. And she was fantastic. She went above and beyond to get my case done. Was there for every question that I had. Not once did she get mean or aggravated with me. (Like some of the other lawyers there did). She made herself available when I needed. I’m so grateful that I had her as my lawyer. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

How rude , they have no manners. I went in to ask what kind of cases they take, was cut off before I said 2 words. Told we don't take walk ins. Apparently they don't answer questions either. 3 ladies sitting in the office not doing anything. Way to go tax payers. Another program funded by taxes that refuses to help. Just as rude as the next. They sure kick you while you're down.Things have changed. When I used there services about 6 years ago it was so much more professional. You were greeted with a smile. This lady now got something up her back end making her cranky. That's not the way you handle business.

Sonya the Executive director is the most unprofessional human being. I was referred to their offices due to financial reasons and couldn’t continue with my current lawyer. Just rude and very unprofessional. Regardless of their services it’s not for them to belittle you and down talk to you without knowing the whole situation for what it is again. I’m very aware these are free services but for me to reach out at a time like this is not isn’t for her to make me feel hopeless and helpless because obviously there’s a reason why I reached out them. Just sad!

This place is absolute worst! My case was almost finished from my divorce and they do not care about helping people. My divorce case has been going on for 4 years and it just keeps getting dragged out more and more.
