I absolutely love the store! The staff is friendly & the chocolates are wonderful. I’ve been in twice to pick up random items to try but today I placed a gift delivery order. Not only did they pack/deliver the gift perfectly, but they also paid attention to the message in my card and changed the bag to be something that was not a birthday theme. I even called to ask them to do it, but they had already done so before I even asked. I’ll absolutely be back here, thank you so much!

Our wedding cake by Renee was absolutely perfect! Not only was it stunning to look at, but every bite was incredibly delicious. The flavors were rich without being overly sweet, and the texture was unbelievably moist. Our guests are still talking about it. Renee brought our vision to life with such elegance and attention to detail. The entire process, from tasting to delivery, was smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful or delicious centerpiece for our reception. Highly recommend Heavenly Chocolate Creations! 🎂✨

The smell as you enter the door is Heavenly. On the day I arrived it smelled like Cinnamon rolls baking. The person behind the counter was very helpful. I did not pre order and she was able to put together 6 cupcakes for me. The cupcakes were delicious. We cut them in quarters and couldn't decide what our favorite flavor was. We had chocolate, strawberry and red velvet. Note: There is an adjoining sandwich shop that I will try next visit.

If you want to get more than chocolate on your trip here, and the chocolate and bake goods are amazing by themselves. But if you want breakfast or lunch, they have a Cafe now that serves up daily specials, call for details Very good homemade food!

I’m leaving this review to help others make an informed decision when choosing Heavenly Chocolate Creations in Jacksonville, Florida (off Lenox Avenue) for an event order. Based on strong recommendations from my mom, who uses this bakery regularly, I felt confident placing an order for my daughter’s first birthday. The order included an 8-inch round cake and four sets of 16 cupcakes (chocolate, red velvet, lemon, and vanilla). The event was on December 20th, and the order was prepaid and booked well in advance (late October/early November), so this was not a rush or last-minute request.
