Heav’nly Donuts

Needed a larger order to feed a small crowd and I just knew Heav’nly Donuts wouldn’t disappoint! When I arrived they had the order all packaged and ready to go. The owner, Ruby, put on her parka and rushed to help me carrying everyone to my car (around the block) - no questions asked! What an amazing a spot, run by a wonderful team with (of course) delicious food. Everyone at the library event was thrilled with the election from donuts to bagels to fruit cups. Thank you!!!

Best coffee shop, best donuts, full menu, really nice atmosphere to have a meal or coffee break, relax, watch TV - read, socialize, whatever. Has WiFi, limited parking. Fantastic staff, great family place.

Beautiful place. Everyone is so nice and so polite. Specially that. Customer service is a 10. One of my favorite places when I go to Lawrence.

Very best little coffee shop in Lawrence, MA. Have been coming here over 10 years. Cute little coffee area decorated very welcoming, never crowded, always friendly staff, TV on for dining area. Very clean. They are open early and have wonderful fresh bakery items.

Service was terrible and donuts were below Duncan donuts. While we were finishing saying our order the lady asked the person behind us what they wanted. Like they didn’t even pay us any attention. That is the first time we have ever had that happen. Then they just gave us the food with no thank you or anything. It was like a cold transaction and they only wanted our money. The coffee was also super average and won’t be back. The donuts were also cold and stale which is weird because we went at 8am. First and last time.
