STRICT on appointments. Fast and friendly staff. You'll arrive at the south gate and park, walk to the guard shack to check in and then you'll get a text when they are ready. You'll drive to the north gate which is about a block down ( turn left when leaving south gate) Overnight parking permitted by some employees, if they ask you to leave there's a gas station 3 miles down the road or other drives just park on the side street. My appointment was at 5pm and I was out by 6 pm.

It’s a really good warehouse because my dry load appointment was at 4 pm, but I checked in 2 hours earlier. Then they gave me a door at 3 pm and had me unloaded by 4 pm. Come here without any worries, there’s also parking available for the night.

Believe me or not my appointment time 4:30 AM they give me a door 4:45 AM me can you believe me? My time right now 10:33 AM they didn’t even started. To finish for this load I have my next appointment to pick up another load. Look like mess up three times I go back Office. I ask you why I’m sitting here. He say I will be started soon. I never see like this before. I don’t know where they came from this people here.

I've never had a bad experience delivering at H.E.B. D.C. in Temple. They allow parking a few hours before your appointment and unloaded within 2hrs.

Leave the truck in the parking lot, then go to the checkpoint, where you will be registered. A message will come to your phone indicating the door number and the place where to bring the documents. Registration for the reefer starts at 3 a.m. It is better to arrive at the appointed time, since it is almost impossible to find a place in the parking lot. Try not to be late or the appointment will be scheduled for the next day.
