I love this bakery. They have the best birthday cakes and danish. I’ve been ordering cakes for my family for over 25 years. We no longer live in the area. It’s about an hour drive to get there, but the trip is well worth the drive. I will be ordering a birthday cake this month for my 66th birthday and can’t wait. I love white cake and they are the only place that will actually make a true white cake and their buttercream frosting is the best, not to sweet just right. Happy Birthday to me.

Special ordered birthday cake 1.5 weeks in advance. It tastes and feels like it was frozen before being decorated because it was crumbly and dry. I could eat my weight in cake but not this one. Couldn’t eat bad cake. It was not even up to par with Jewel. Gorgeous decoration, but common American name misspelled. She offered to fix it but I was only there to pick it up and had no extra time. I didn’t build in “fix the mistake time”. She said it would take a couple minutes. She offered a few times. I paid the premium price because they have been exceptional before the pandemic. My child said “I’ve wanted a special Heidi’s cake for years and they misspell my name and it’s dry.” $60 hard earned dollars literally in the trash.

This is our new place to buy cakes. They are wonderful! We grew up receiving St. Nicholas gingerbread cookies for St. Nicholas Day on December 6. Heidi's bakery makes these and they are beautiful! Now I can keep this tradition going! Thank you Heidi's Cake and Pastry!

Absolutely love this bakery! They are so sweet, caring, and talented! Everything I've ever gotten from there has been delectable, savory, and eaten as soon as people see it. They do outstanding work and put their hearts into everything they bake.
