Hell's Kitchen

Johnny Blaze provided stellar service and was able to advise us what to get to truly enjoy what the restaurant had to offer. We had a number of dishes to try ranging from the wagyu meatballs, pork belly, Chilean Seabass, NY steakstrip, honey glazed potatoes, asparagus, and the peanut butter decadent. They all were amazing! The only thing I did not care for was the cauliflower puree that was paired with the seabass because of the texture. We would definitely come back again as I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. We sat in the perfect booth to overlook the restaurant. Tonight was perfect!

Hell’s Kitchen at Caesars Atlantic City was an unforgettable dining experience. I had dinner here during my stay and was blown away, starting with the Smoke on the Boardwalk cocktail, dramatically served in a smoked cherry wood box—such a cool presentation. The crab cake appetizer was excellent, packed with real crab meat and no fillers. My New York Strip Steak with maitake mushrooms and red wine demi-glace was incredibly tender and melted in my mouth. The bartender was super kind and even helped me while I took a video of the cocktail. I enjoyed it so much that I came back for dinner two nights in a row.

I celebrated my birthday at Hell’s Kitchen in Caesars Atlantic City, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was energetic and upscale, making it feel like the perfect place for a special occasion. Our server, Blaze, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and made the celebration feel extra special without being overbearing. The service alone elevated the entire evening. The food was absolutely phenomenal. The crab cakes were perfectly cooked and full of flavor, the wagyu meatballs were rich and tender, and the potatoes and Brussels sprouts were cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully. The apple crisp salad was a surprise favorite—fresh, balanced, and a great contrast to the richer dishes. Everything from the food to the service lived up to the Hell’

We had blaze as our server and he was great. Super friendly and attentive. Great service all around. I really appreciate how nice everyone was. Steak, beef Wellington, lobster risotto, Mac and cheese, and sticky toffee were all great. Overall excellent place to eat!

Overall great experience. Service was fast and informative, lobster risotto is out of this world…. as was the rest of the food. Every single staff member involved in servicing us at our table, from the server to the restaurant, made sure to wish my girlfriend and I a happy anniversary. We also received complimentary champagne flutes for the occasion. Just be prepared to spend a little… you’ll be paying a premium for the experience.
