Here's the Scoop Ice Cream Truck

We had a New Year's Eve Celebration this year, and decided to have "Ice Cream". "Here's The Scoop Ice Cream Truck", did a Awesome job! The hand packed ice cream was very delicious! We loved all the flavors! Superman was the most popular & Cookies & Cream was OMG Good!😊 The staff was very friendly and professional. We will definitely be hiring them for our next events this spring & summer.

We recently booked Here’s The Scoop ice cream truck for our corporate event, and it was an all-around fantastic experience. The staff was polite, professional, friendly, upbeat, and truly added to the fun atmosphere of the day. The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and it couldn’t have been a better choice on a 90+ degree day. Everyone in attendance raved about how refreshing it was to enjoy such a cool treat, and we all agreed that it was one of the highlights of the event. I was especially thrilled to learn that they serve Ray’s Ice Cream, one of my personal favorites. In addition, there was a wide selection of cupcakes, cookies, and old-time favorite novelty treats, along with hand-packed ice creams. I paid up front for a private party, and nothing that was promised was ever provided. The staff member, Heather, showed up to work with her daughter and was extremely rude and unprofessional from the very beginning. When I brought my concerns to the owner, he refused to take responsibility and sided with his staff instead of doing the right thing. In the end, I only received half of my money back, even though no services were rendered at all. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Totally unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

A Local Gem for Ice Cream Lovers! Here’s the Scoop is hands down one of my favorite spots for a sweet treat! The ice cream is always super fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor. The staff is always friendly and they do great at corporate events! They are highly recommended - you won’t be disappointed!

Great service & transparent pricing. We had Here’s the Scoop come out for our staff and they did a wonderful job serving over 100 people with yummy ice cream. Definitely recommend.
