It became one of my spots whenever I visited Juneau. Good Internet and coffee. It is a kind of local Starbucks. The muffins are amazing. The prices not different from the rest of downtown area cafés. There is a small area dedicated to souvenirs. It can be very busy during the high season.

Great surprise we found we found while exploring Juneau. It was a popular spot but was able order and sit down without a problem. Service was great and place has a laid back atmosphere. Coffee was great. Their special ‘turtle mocha’ was an awesome combo and would highly recommend.

REALLY GOOD COFFEE! I love coffee and am very finicky on taste, smell, color, etc. I was surprised and amazed how good Heritage coffee is!!

We visited on Monday, July 15th & the girl with the flight goggles on her head was the most rude service person I've ever encountered & the young lady making the drinks wasn't much better. No greeting, she couldn't crack a smile, no thank you, added some other customers' drink onto our tab & when it was pointed out, she claimed she couldn't see what was on our bill. The coffee itself was fine, but the service alone will ensure I never return here. If someone hates customer service & hates customers this much, she should find herself another line of employment.
