This was Rob and I , first time at a bed and breakfast. What a total Treat. the rooms were clean, bright and inviting and comfortable. Judy has the knack for decorating This farm home is so charming . Judy and Mike are like new friends that we missed the first week after we left. The first night we had the best homemade chocolate Pie. The breakfast both days were mouth watering. We will go back sooner than we planned i think to see our friends. Such a sweet couple.

We had planned our visit to Cooperstown for Induction Weekend,, yet were frustrated about the lack of availabilty and massive costa. We searched online and recognized we wold need to drive ar least at least a half hour or more. Iternet search just turned this B& B up and luckily we called. Judy and Steve were great hosts. Upon arrival Judy gave us a historic overview of the house to jus trigger our minds. The entire place was available to us if we wanted. They made us feel like we were family. Judy's cooking was phenominal, although you should expect the hosts to join you for fantastic family style breakfasts, different each of our 3 days. Ageter full days in Cooperstown we returned to homemade deserts and continued conversations...Great cherry cheescake.....great bourbon with Steve

Stayed twice - to and from Niagara. 1st time for us for using a B&B. It was a wonderful experience all around. The hosts, Judi and Steve, were kind and attentive, and they had plenty of stories. Meals were great - the bread and jelly were TOP-NOTCH. The room was quite large and comfortable, and we had a large, private bathroom.||||We went out to visit the horses, and the house had nice cat and dog. Very lovable.||||You're out in the country a bit, but not far from stuff, and getting to the highway was easy enough. I'd highly recommend this stop. Best we could have imagined.||||Eric and Nancy

My husband and I decided to go on a little Valentine's Day Getaway. This was the perfect place. The hosts made us feel like long-time friends from the moment we arrived. Bring your appetite because their breakfasts are amazing... And save room for dessert later in the day - all foods homemade on the property. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the bed, comfy. If you are here in the winter, be sure to bring cross-country skis, snow shoes or boots because there's acres of land to explore. I regret not having a toboggan with us. There are plenty of snow-covered hills to enjoy. If you're looking for a relaxing weekend in the country, this is the place to go.

Everything is PERFECT! We are honored to be the first Chinese guests in this wonderful Heritage Meadows Farm B&B. Judy and Steve are extremely welcoming hosts. They have a historic house, beautiful garden, intelligent horses, cute dog, and cats. Judy gave us full country breakfast every morning. The food was delicious. My wife especially liked their homemade plum jam. We enjoyed so much in breakfast time because we got to talk with the hosts like a family. We learned about their area and history even the Amish neighbors. Steve is very kind and knowledgeable person. He guided us visiting their farm. Touched and tried to talk with their intelligent horse "Mike" was amazing. The house is full of beautiful decorations. Nellis Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bathroom was large and
