Heroes American Cafe

Heros live to their name. Why? Because they lead by example. Every time I go to Heros the restaurant is super clean and Im greeted by happy smile. More importantly, the employees look genuinely happy. This matters because happy people make happy food. I taste it every time. Is it cheap? Cheap implies flimsy and low quality, so no. It IS, however, reasonably priced for FRESH food that is actually cooked instead of microwaved, especially when happy people put the love into it. This is NOT a paid endorsement. I am simply a happy customer that want to see my local hero thrive.

I absolutely love this place! The food is so delicious and the employees are always friendly. It kind of reminds me of home. (Philly, PA) I call it, "my comfort food", because it is pretty much the closest thing to East Coast food establishments that I have found in Medford. Stop in and give them a try. Highly recommended.

Best Ruben I've ever had. Extremely friendly staff. Always says hi and bye with a smile. I've had their philly and a turkey and ham. Absolutely delicious. And the fries are my favorite. I highly recommend Heroes!

I’ve been getting the same sandwich for 6 years now (I think, since whenever they opened). It always hits. They are mad consistent. The manager is really nice and is always working his boots off, I swear he lives there. Nothing but good things about these guys.

The food is great, the prices are fair and the customer service is friendly. I ordered a turkey bacon avocado sandwich. 🥪 And the battered fries are amazing! I would enjoy the sandwiches even more if they improved the quality of their bread.
