Herradura Mexican Restaurant

The waiters were great. We didn't have to wait for a seat and got our food quick. I was so stuffed from that food food that I felt like I was in a food coma lol. It was so much and awsome. Me, my daughter, and husband has fajitas Texans and my son had the California berreto.

We really enjoyed everything! 😁 I recommend eating here!! The food was excellent! I ordered the fajitas. Every thing was hot and fresh and didn’t take long to bring to my table. I also ordered white queso. It was delicious! The chips were hot and fresh and the salsa was perfect! Not too spicy! 😁 just the way I like it! The sweet tea was perfect and the glasses they serve your drink in is BIG! I love it! Service was great! I went around 4pm not crowded or too busy. Great atmosphere! It was my first time. I will be going back! I recommend this place. Give it a try! You will enjoy it! 8-16-23

This place is quickly becoming my favorite Mexican restaurant in Houma. The food is much better than others around here and the service has always been great. Never had a wrong order or issue in the few times we've been. The margaritas are huge, the fajitas are grilled to perfection, and even the a la carte items are delicious. I tried a molcajete for the first time and it's worth it for the grilled cactus! Parking is ample and there's always tables open because this place is big. I've never had to wait for a seat here every time we've gone. I love the older ladies that work here because they are so kind and always love making our little girl happy when we visit. There are a few good options for kids meals too.

Winner winner mexican dinner. What a gem this place is. Family atmosphere, fun and attentive staff, food was stellar! Been several times and always a great experience. Unlike many restaurants of this genre the food doesn't taste "canned". Their beef soup (SOPA) is amazing as id everything else we have tried. A+A+A+A+A+

Overall, I think Herradura is a good restaurant! They have really good margaritas. Salsa and queso are awesome! Staff is very friendly and the service is quick. Definitely would recommend to anyone that wants authentic Mexican food! I have tried so much of their menu and have not been disappointed. My favorite dish would be the al pastor street tacos!
