Hershey's Ice Cream West

Amazing service and AMAZING ice cream!!!! Rishi, the young man working was outgoing, friendly, and very helpful. He made my son the best Super Banana Split. Highly recommend the Midnight Caramel River ice cream…my new favorite ice cream flavor. Will definitely return.

This place is not at this location anymore. They have another in Granada Blvd. We found it and went there. That one is open. I let you guys now so you do not waste gas, time and money.

Hershey's Ice Cream is surprisingly so great! The delectable richness is heart stopping with is thick gooey chill. The recollection of "West" in its name recalls images of FLW's Taliesin.

Asked for a hot fudge sundae, girl was pretty clueless as to which cup to use. Chose a small Styrofoam flat dish. Told her that was not what was normally used for a sundae. She went to the small sundae dish, asked if that was what I wanted. She said it was a medium. Didn't seem to know how to make a sundae, no whipped cream, cherry under the whipped cream, asked if I wanted nuts but didn't give me any. Then charged me for a large!! Product was good, Hersheys always is, but I'll stick to Hersheys East (beachside) where they know how to make a sundae and don't charge me $7.40 for a small sundae. BTW, many of these reviews are for the previous Hershey store that closed a short time ago. This atore has only been open about a month and we have reviews here from years ago.

If you’re on the Ormond Beach beach, I highly recommend going to the grad Plaza and make your way over to Hershey’s ice cream. The food is always delicious and they have indoor outdoor seating with plenty of parking. The young people serving the ice cream of always been very polite and nice and it’s really easy to pay and receive your ice cream.
