Hibachi Grill Express

We were absolutely surprised with how good this place is!! We loved every single thing we ordered, the only miss is the shrimp sauce is just standard more like from a bottle than homemade, otherwise their meat is amazing and the rice is perfection! Spring rolls are my favorite I have tried! Very very good! We will be back! It was a very clean place also we sweet staff. (I would work on the outside to decorate it and make it very noticeable and presentable and then spruce up the very clean inside!) I can’t wait to go back! We grabbed a menus for take out food too! Nice to have this place close to home!

edit 8/13/25: prices have changed and the menu is not exact. family and I went back for the same items except my partner ordered veggie udon with buck wheat noodles, got something that looked like ramen from a package. the price also increased by almost 30% for most of their food items. ThIs is astoundingly fast, as my original review isn't that old. needless to say my group will not be returning for the meantime. the food tasted ok as last time but the noodles problem and cost drives us away for now. great food, soon as we got our meals it smelled and tasted like the old mall's food court, brings back a lot of great memories. the taste in general however, is great as it stands. we had 2x chicken fried rice, and 2x chicken lo mein. the sauce is called shrimp sauce. I'm good without it lol

The food was very good! Only putting 4 star because we had asked for combination platters or hibachi chicken and filet and teriyaki chicken and shrimp but only recieved chicken but again they've been swamped but we still were able to get a meal. Meat egg roll was delicious, can sometimes be hit or miss! Crab Rangoon tasted good, do feel like there could be a little more filling but was happy with the flavor. Glad they opened this in Rutledge. It is great to have a new place to eat close to home that we don't have to drive so far to get. Will definitely eat here again!!

Where do I begin? From kids seating you and taking your order. No personity. Atmosphere needs attention. Kid (girl) arguing with cook in the back. No offer for refills or boxes to go which I wouldn’t have taken leftovers. Got filet and don’t know what it tasted like. Wayyy too may onions in veggies. Just was not a great experience. Crab ragoons had way too much filling which made the less crispy. There definitely needs to be some thought put into this place!!

Food was really good. We ordered crab rangoon, egg rolls, teriyaki steak with fried rice, shrimp with fried rice and filet mignon steak with Ramen. All the food was delicious. Service was real spotty but working out the kinks as it's newly opened.
