Hibachi One

First timer but definitely not the last! The place was jumping on a Sunday evening so I’m glad we had reservations. We had small children with us and I think the chef was sensitive to that (not a lot of big fire and knife play) but still a great show! Portion sizes were substantial, steaks cooked to order, scallops and chicken were spot on. Never had to wait on refills, attentive but not intrusive. See you soon!

This place isn’t good. The food was bland and prepared oddly. The sliced lemon on a sushi roll we got was thick enough that you had to chew through then lemon rind. Our server was friendly and funny, but the food isn’t worth it. Both of my dining companions were similarly disappointed with their selections.

We love this place. Sam is an amazing cook and so is Beau. Delicious food. Great for private parties. Gabe is by far one of the best servers we have ever had at any restaurant. He was so attentive. We never had to ask for refills. Checked to make sure our food was to our liking. Cannot recommend this place enough. Don’t forget get to ask for Sam as your cook and Gabe as your server/waiter.

Hibachi One on Coors Boulevard Northwest delivered an outstanding dining experience. The food was absolutely impeccable—fresh, flavorful, and prepared with precision. Every dish was served in a timely manner, and the quality was consistent from start to finish. What truly elevated the visit was the service. The staff was attentive, professional, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire meal. The environment was pleasant and comfortable, but the real highlights were the exceptional service and top-tier food. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable hibachi experience.

We came on Valentines day. The restaurant was very busy but we were still sat and served in a timely manner. The food and drinks were delicious and we felt like the flavor and portions justified the already reasonable pricing. The chef we had made us laugh. We will definitely be returning.
