High Point Bagels

First time ordering here and I had a very simple order. I asked for a cinnamon crunch bagel with cream cheese and grape jelly totaling $6.10 I got the bagel and jelly but no cream cheese ): it also took them a bit of time to get my single bagel vs a person behind me who ordered multiple bagel with more add-ins. I also didn’t like the fact that a customer who had children allowed the kids to touch all over the muffins and even squished one and pounded their fist on others. They should definitely move them behind the glass. I probably won’t be coming back unfortunately.

Update as of 12/30/2025: Owner responds accusing me of shaking up this to-go order to make it look this way. I have no desire to post false information on the internet. You can clearly see where the bagel was cut very unevenly and as I stated before, it would have taken very little time to re-cut a bagel and serve it properly. In response to the OWNER of this establishment accusing me of posting for attention b/c I didn't respond to the very vague response offering to make me a new bagel, I don't want a new bagel. You've shown how you run your establishment and respond to negative reviews and it's safe to say I'm good on you and your business. Have the day you deserve. Honestly how did anyone feel comfortable serving this? It could have been as easy as just cutting a new bagel but obvious

Freshest cream cheese I've ever had!!! Bagel was also so fresh! They also have lunch sandwiches on their menu, which is hard for me to find in a bagel shop. Customer service was great! I asked for a recommendation and the bacon scallion cream cheese on a rosemary and olive oil bagel did NOT disappoint! Loaded up on the cream cheese, there is no flavor overpowered. I'm so glad to have a breakfast like this to start my day. There's also bakery items that looked so delicious 🤤

Delicious. Absolutely delicious. Their cream cheese spreads are great, their bagels are an almost perfect combination of chewy and crunchy. My go to- order is an egg everything bagel with onions tomato and scallion cream cheese. Service is friendly and fast!

Got a delicious high quality bagel sandwich (egg meat cheese) and hot coffee for less than $10. Staff was super nice and attentive!
