Highland Notary - Carl Novak Owner

Carl was there for my family when we needed him most and at short notice. He answered the phone the first time I called (unlike other notary businesses) and was available to provide us his services. He was able to meet us promptly and assist us with our documents. I would highly recommend this company.

Call this guy mid-day Friday for an important legal document I needed notarized. I work until 6 and most Notaries are done by 5 so I was thrilled to find someone for after 6. His words “you’re on the books for 6:30”. After driving like a maniac across town to make it for 6:30, some homeless looking woman comes to the door and tells me he left because he wasn’t sure if I was coming. He made the appointment and I was there right at 6:30. Totally unprofessional and put me in a terrible situation for completing my legal documents.

Carl Novak from Highland Notary was very professional. I needed Carl to go out to a doctor's office in Wilkes Barre that day to notarize paperwork and he fit me in his schedule on short notice. I highly recommend using Carl Novak and will definitely use him again if needed.

Great guy, did a notary for us on a Sunday, was quick and efficient, will definitely be back 👍His wife was also super sweet and accommodating on the phone.
