When my sweetie said we were stopping by a place called Highway Tacos, I was at first hesitant. Let me tell you, this place not only surprised me but impressed me. Super adorable taco spot with delicious food. The tortillas are handmade and salsa I wanted to drink. We will definitely be back.
These were the best tacos I’ve had in a very long time. Top 3 in my life. The corn tortillas were incredible.
The HIghway Burrito is amazing! Get it with pastor and dip it in the orange (spicy) salsa! Life Changer!
As a Buellton local, this was some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had! Fresh house made guac, salsa and fresh tortillas too. Great atmosphere and great service too - highly recommend 🙌
Ceasar is the best! Great food, fast, friendly service. Don’t miss the chance for a gringo style Casero! Skip the nasty, mystery meat, illegal roadside vendors and go straight to Highway Tacos if you want real, authentic super good take out Mexican food. Not overpriced and super good!
