Hilberto's Mexican Food

Hiberto's is on prospect in santee California. Its a nice restaurant. They have amazing food. I highly recommend them. I stopped in for lunch while my car was being worked on. I order the carne asada plate and 3 rolled tacos. Came with rice and beans. 5 stars for food staff and clean restaurant. The staff went above and beyond friendly professional and polite. They made sure it was cooked perfect and all was good. I be back again. Thank you

Still good and fair priced, just not as big of burritos as they used to have, like all places now I guess. Shrinkflation.

My most favorite breakfast burrito place for several years (since 2005ish until now). Discovered recently how good the machaca plate/burrito is! Highly recommended

First time at this Hilberto taco shop in Prospect Ave, getting beef tacos but, those are the worst tacos I ever try, it taste Old and tasteless meat, I did not recommend at all… Now I know why there are almost never customers… Nos I have stomach sickness…

We’ve been regulars here for years. Today I asked them to make me an open-faced quesadilla. I remember these from my childhood. They made it perfectly!
