Suggest getting here first thing cause it’s fcfs. I got here at 10:30 or so cause I had to dead head two hours. I got the call to a door at 1:30 and left at after 2. They do load fairly quickly.

This location doesnt deserve any stars but I had to give at least one star to leave this review. This has to be the worst location to pick up loads. Was here for 2 days and at the end our load got canceled due to insufficient product. When we tried to talk to management they refused and said we needed to go through the broker.. There is also no bathrooms available to the drivers not even a portapotty available

I have a delivery here. I'm about 3 hours out. I need information to find out if this place is going to be closed before I get there? It's a Friday. Will I have to wait till Monday to delivery? I called about 6 times trying every extention. No one answers and takes me straight to voicemail. Voicemail is full and you can't even leave one. Plus I need to ask for directions. Lots of bad reviews on this place of long waiting times to unload. Prioritizing other drivers before the ones that checked in first. Rude workers that check drivers in. I'll update ones i get there.

Throughout my career in the trucking industry, this location has proven to be the most unsatisfactory for load pickups. The staff exhibits a lack of responsiveness to inquiries regarding loading times, often threatening to deprioritize drivers who ask. I will not be returning to this facility. I arrived at 9:00 a.m. and the loading process was start it at 3:00 p.m.
