Customer Reviews
Hillsdale’s neighborhood library. The small garden and sculpture area near the front as well as the canopy over the entrance welcomes you to its doors. There is not too much to find within the library itself, however. I love libraries, and I can appreciate the Hillsdale Branch’s existence, but I must be honest! The library is very small, so the study space and collections are also small. That’s just how it is. The atmosphere is fine, but nothing too special. They offer the basics when it comes to resources. If I went into specifics, I think I would just be repeating myself from my other reviews of small libraries. There truly isn’t anything that popped out to me about the Hillsdale Branch, positive or negative. There are good small libraries and okay small libraries, and this one is okay
I love this little library close to my home! The librarians are consistently helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Really good energy here and I've always found it to be peaceful. I place holds online for any books I need and pick them up from here when they're ready. So convenient and has exposed my child to so many wonderful books! I also enjoy sitting in the chairs by the windows and reading. Just lovely.
The girl was really nice and sweet!
Librarians were so friendly. Clean and cozy environment. Three-hour free use of internet-connecting computer. $0.45-worth daily free printing quota (3 pages). What else can I say? It's so wonderful!
Best library in my area. No noises. No children. They used to have a coffee store like starbucks on the 3rd floor. That used to be noise area. 1st and 2nd floor is quiet for people who likes to study. They even have private rooms for group discussions. I study outside the 3rd floor.
