For years, my team and I have been visiting different Houston’s and Hillstone locations across the U.S. They are consistently on point — always going above and beyond with service, always delivering amazing food, and always crafting incredible drinks. What makes it even better is that each location has its own unique atmosphere, thoughtfully adapted to the local demographics, while still maintaining the same high standard we’ve come to expect. 1,000% recomended.

Lizzy was a great waitress and bartender! Excellent customer service, attention and love in what she does. She prepared an amazing old fashioned and my wife was very happy with the food and service. Highly recommend you ask for Lizzy as she was the integral part of our experience!

This place is home for me. This is my beacon of light. My Northstar when I go to other places, I measure them to Hillstone. If you are looking for the best food atmosphere and service then look no further than this safe Haven The bathrooms are so clean I would eat my rainbow roll off of the toilet And if you’re following my reviews, you know how important bathroom cleanliness to me. This is the Mecca, the church, the synagogue. Look no further you have found home welcome to the best restaurant in the world.

Always a vibe and food is always on point. Wish they allowed bigger parties to sit together. Always get a side of anchovies with my Caesar. The pineapple ribeye is the best steak on the menu. And the artichoke is an obvious must.
