Hinode Sushi

Easily the BEST sushi in Oviedo. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for at least 4 years now and the quality has never wavered. The staff is so incredibly friendly and the food is always top tier. We have never had a bad experience here (and we visit at least a few times a month). I can’t recommend this place enough!

Honestly pretty disappointing. The food in the photos was $59 before tip and it just honestly felt like a miss for me. Even down to the amount of sauce given for the krab rangoons it was was just underwhelming especially for the cost. Krab Rangoons: Felt lazy, the more burnt Rangoons were stuffed at the bottom of the stack and we couldn’t find any chunks of imitation krab in it at all. Probably the most disappointing part of the meal. Avocado fries: These were for my girlfriend she is a fan of avocado fries and she called them average and they were cold despite us showing up 10 minutes before our advertised pickup time. Philly roll: Just ok really, to me this reminded me of an all you can eat restaurants sushi not a $8 roll. Also, I feel for rolls that differ between restaurants it shou

This was our first time visiting, and we will definitely be back. The sushi was high quality with a beautiful presentation, and the menu offered unique rolls. The service was friendly and prompt. We also liked the cozy, quiet atmosphere and were able to pick our table.

This is our GO TO sushi spot! Way better than the overrated over decorated SushiPop! We love the small local feel, we go almost once a week, and we always get there right around 5 when they open because it can get full pretty quick. They also do really good to go service so we utilize that from them often as well. Our favorite rolls are The Super Lava Roll, Volcano Roll, and the Super Crunch. We also really love the hamachi fire cracker appetizer. The service is always friendly and prompt. The atmosphere is a little dated and feels somewhat “dingy” but we love it so much it’s very local feeling. Not the type of place you go for the vibes all for the food.

So I have spoken to one of your regular customers and they are content coming in every time. And they say one of your best yet is sake drink with scallops interesting. Food was great presentation was awesome and service was good too. From my point of view. From my opinion I had a nice time. I enjoyed it with my spiritual sister.
