Hip Hop Fish & Chicken South Patterson

Drive thru cashier got the order wrong and told me to bring the chicken and cold fries back up there to add the seasoning that I requested, instead of saying to bring the order back and I will replace it. no one should have to make two trips because they were confused about the order. So Im supposed to burn gas and bring back cold food just to bring it back home cold. I feel like managers need to handle complaints and concerns that customers may have. good customer service goes long ways.

Food is always fresh and on point. My problem is the service provided. Hip Hop on Patterson St. leaves a lot to be desired. They never listen, always get your order wrong. They’re always in a rush to keep the line down. They take ur order and move u away from the window, lining the cars up in the drive thru! I always tell them not to put that seasoning on my food and they do it anyway., like they’re not listening, not because I don’t like it but because it makes me sick.Literally, it makes me vomit. In my humble opinion, u should have to say u want the seasoning not that u don’t. U can’t tell whether or not the seasoning is on the food at the store unless they put a lot on it but once I get home and take a bite I know it’s there. We were stopping by on our way to Atlanta and I was craving fried fish. This was so delicious! Their bathrooms were incredibly clean and my food was hot and fresh. Couldn’t have asked for better!

When you have rude, unprofessional staff that ignore their customers while they wait at the drive-thru and they're cleaning up or talking to each other or on their phone or just standing around and they look over to see you, never acknowledge you and have you still there for almost 10min (on a $25 pan of food you preordered so you could just pick it up wheen it was ready), before you pull off without being served, you know that's a problem. This location is horrendous. It's the last time I'd ever go there. The one on Ashley Street is waaay better. I'll just stick to them. Just don't call Ashley Street that hardly ever answers. Otherwise, Ashley Street's service and food is good. Lol

Never ate inside; food is great, sometimes a bit salty, staff is great. A good place to get your fish and shrimp on...love the corn nuggets and fried okra too!
