Historic Michabelle Inn

Stayed overnight while presenting at the pavilion. The owners and staff are wonderful . The Marie Antoinette Room was beautifully decorated with art and elegance, with a walkout balcony view of the fountain, jacuzzi deep-bathtub for two. The library was quiet and cozy to take a break, while the Breakfast in front of the fireplace was lovely. The food was perfect and just the right portion with a delightful little warm and crispy croissant and orange marmalade . We throughly enjoyed our stay.

The Historic Michabelle Inn is worth a visit when you are on the Northshore. The property itself is beautiful with fantastic grounds. Check-in was seamless, and we thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with the owner and his wife. They made sure we felt at home.||Our room was spacious and inviting, offering a cozy atmosphere while still feeling airy. And the views from our balcony were awesome!||We highly recommend the Historic Michabelle Inn to anyone visiting Hammond. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to the area.

The property itself is beautiful — full of Southern charm, with well-kept grounds and a peaceful, historic atmosphere that makes it a perfect weekend getaway. The rooms are always spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated, with just the right mix of comfort and character. The location is one of the best parts — tucked close to Hammond’s local scene with plenty of great little shops, bars, and restaurants just a short drive or walk away. We came tired & worn out my husband & I got every bit of what we needed the place is just so special beyond words. How we were greeted and showed around, the breakfast & the conversation just so much laughter & joy! Full of peace & a unique Cajun get away that was needed! House is beautiful & just special it’s an experience not just a place to stay we will be back! UPDATE WENT BACK SAME PEACE & beauty place is 5 stars all day long one of a kind a rare gem
