Absolutely amazing homemade Chinese spot tucked near 38th & Ames in Denver. You can taste the care in the cooking, and the restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, which always makes the experience even better. I ordered the jalapeño shrimp, jalapeño chicken, and fried rice, and every dish delivered on large portions. The jalapeño shrimp was the standout — perfectly battered, light, salty, and airy. The shrimp itself was tender and juicy, not dry or overcooked at all. The jalapeños had a beautiful char and brought just the right amount of heat — spicy, smoky, and addicting. Delicious and affordable food, not to mention the portion sizes are a mountain. Staff is quick and friendly. My go to place for a quick meal on a dime. My favorite dish will have to be the pepper shrimp.

Great food for the price. About $7 for the combo, you cannot beat it. If you're looking for cheap Chinese food that doesn't break your budget look no further. I have been going here for more than 5 years. They stay in business because they are consistently making the highest possible quality food at a low price point. I highly recommend this place for families and people looking for a cheap, hearty meal.

I’ve been coming here regularly for at least 10 years now, I remember when the combos were $4.50, for a MOUNTAIN of food, easily 2-3 meals! Well, the price has gone up but, the quality and portion sizes have stayed consistent. While there are tables, this isn’t really a sitdown kind of place, definitely more of a counter-order-takeout situation, so no atmosphere to speak on really. Employees are fast, effective, and heavy handed with their scoops. The food is what you should expect from Chinese takeout in general, especially a dollar scoop type place—hot, fast, greasy, saucy, msg deliciousness!
