Hokulia Shave Ice

Fantastic experience!!! All the way from the service to the many flavor choices. I personally had the Da Kine and it was a really nice treat! The syrups didn’t feel super heavy and sugary which was nice as well. I recommend checking this place out, especially after your shopping trip in HEB. Workers are super friendly. Always look foward to returning. 5 ⭐️ for sure!

I really had high hopes for this little stand as it managed to secure a prime spot in front of an H‑E‑B. As you can see from the pictures, I ordered a passion fruit peach shaved ice, I instead got a shaved ice that not only looked orange but tasted purely orange as well. They don’t print receipts, only stick a confirmation of what was made to the side of the cup. Essentially, I won’t be ordering from this franchise or whatever, ever again and still remain hopeful in my quest to find a great shaved ice stand. This one did not make the cut

Loved the shaved ice. Closest to the one we have all over Hawaii. We bought blue raspberry with root bear. Dragons blood with blue Hawaiian with sno cap (loved it!!) and cream sickle with passion fruit. All delicious! If you like condense milk you will love sno cap. It’s a weird combo but it’s delicious!! Must try!

It is nothing like the real deal in Hawaii. It's more of like a nicer snow cone place than a shave ice place. The syrups ate also not that great. They're just OK.
