Holston Presbytery Camp and Retreat Center

I've been going here for 36 years, and it is my happy place. I'm glad I can share it with my own daughter ☺ *update now 37 years.. and we love the view and family time. *Update, update .... now 38 years, and we can't get enough of the view and activities to do here. *update* I now have been going here for FORTY years... woah! To see the devastation that happened last year and to see the community come together to piece it back was really heartwarming . The mountain side is always breathtaking to look at and really is my happy place.

My family and I have been using this camp for 45 years for our family reunion. Home away from home. The beauty of the surroundings, the pleasant staff, the meals provided, and our time has been a treasure! Madeline and Mitchell work hard to work with us and are such a blessing! While no one can fill Peggy shoes, Caleb the chef has stepped in with flair! This place is my happy place!

We hiked much of the grounds, explored many of the buildings, had a 5 star meal with Cordon Bleu! Oh and a great Presbytery meeting

A wonderful place! My daughters have been attending their overnight summer camp for 3 years now. They learn about Christ’s teachings to love EVERYONE while experiencing his wonders of the great outdoors. The counselors are a treasure and care so much about your children. ALL campers are separated individually while changing and using bathing facilities so I have no qualms about their inclusive policies. I encourage all Christians to consider this camp for their children.

A great camp to learn, grow and have Fun. My daughter asked about going away to camp and this was a perfect fit. Local to our family and with a steller reputation, Holston truly fit the bill. She had a wonderful time, loved the hikes and all the shared experiences. She even enjoyed team cooking and learning how to become more independent and resourceful.
